A Better Massage Clinic Policy
 
  • In order to accommodate all of our clients in the best way possible, a 50% deposit fee will be required to reserve an appointment for a client after their second "no show" appointment.

 

  • Please call at least 24 hours to reschedule an appointment.
 
  • Clients that are 15 minutes late to their confirmed scheduled appointment and still want treatment upon arrival, will be charged for the full hour.
 
  • There will be no tolerance of vulgar or obscene language or behavior. Therapists reserve the right to terminate the session at any time if such behavior is displayed. Also, the client will not be permitted to return to the establishment.
